Deep Learning of fMRI

ABSTRACT

Brain is a complex system and understanding its functional organization is very important as the goal of modern neuroscience. Using fMRI can understand the organization by modeling the brain as a graph. In this project, we use fMRI data (functional connectivity) to train a Graph matching network, and use the GMN to classify different subjects in different test days.Brain is a complex system and understanding its functional organization is very important as the goal of modern neuroscience.
